Here’s a bird’s eye view of how the process works:

1. Book your VIP day.
You'll receive a welcome email in your inbox with all of the details about our VIP day together so you know what to expect. Your day will be secured with a 50% retainer payment.

2. Strategy Meeting
After booking we’ll set up a meeting to chat about your needs and priority items. We’ll discuss what materiaIs I’ll need before project kick-off (like copy, images and other assets).

3. Prep
One week before your VIP day, your project assets are due. I’ll help you organize all of your materials before we begin work. I’ll invoice you for the final 50% of the payment one day before your VIP day.

4. VIP Day
We’ll be in contact throughout the day - your timely feedback is vital for maximizing productivity and to make sure we're always headed in the right direction.

5. The Day After
You'll receive your final files all packaged up and ready to go. It’s time to celebrate and share the results with the world! 🍾 Have a question? I've got you covered via email support for up to two weeks post-VIP Day, making sure you have all the help you need to succeed.
Please note: when you reserve a design day, you're not purchasing a finished product; you're investing in a block of time. While I'll aim to work efficiently and productively, it's important to understand that I can’t guarantee we'll complete everything on your wishlist in a single day.
During our strategy meeting, we’ll prioritize tasks, focusing on essentials first and then addressing any 'nice-to-haves' if time allows. If we need extra time to tackle additional tasks, booking another day or half-day is always an option!
